Yes, it is.
For Mac, you MUST install Logitec G Hub to be able to use all functions. Maybe that will solve this problem too. :]
Hello, Almost has to be. I have full 4k. Are you using the original USB-C cable?
The price keeps changing... and to be honest.... I won't wait that long, so I cancelled again. So many webcams are displayed here and none are available. Why do you have to list them then?
In this case, please contact our customer service directly so that your order can be checked. https://helpcenter.digitec.ch/hc/de/requests/new
I just saw that the item number matches: 960-001106. it would be worthwhile to adapt the product name!
Unfortunately, my cable to this webcam is broken. What is the name of this cable? Can I buy it here?
You need a USB Type C cable. For example, the following: Delock USB3.1 Cable A Male - Type-C Male (A - C, 1m) Lindy Premium Superspeed-Plus E-Mark (A - C, 1.50m) Value USB Cable (A - C, 0.50m)
Face recognition based on infrared technology according to data sheet. -> https://www.logitech.com/assets/65040/brio-datasheet.DEU.pdf

The Logitech Brio 4K Ultra HD Pro webcam has an integrated privacy cover. This cover can be pulled over the webcam to block the camera when it is not in use.
Automatically generated from the .Hello Monika You can do this with the Logi Tune software. For Windows you can use this kink: https://software.vc.logitech.com/downloads/tune/LogiTuneInstall.exe
Mine came with a hinged cover, so you can cover the camera lens quickly and easily if necessary.
My monitor doesn't go down vertically either, it's curved and goes slightly backwards right in the centre, but the mount is very flexible and can be adjusted very well, so it should fit just about any monitor. You could do more with the brand and model of the monitor.
That will be difficult if the old PC does not have USB 3+ or usb-C. The performance of a 5 year old PC is certainly enough. A 486 will be difficult :) For recording, I always recommend 'obs', the best recording software that is also free.
the autofocus of the BRIO can handle it - whether it really works with the scanning of the QR code depends on the online banking solution: with the one from CS it works perfectly.
Hello Jonhubi I have this camera connected to a TS4 --> CalDigit TS4 (Thunderbolt), and login with Windows Hello works fine. The mic quality is good, though not comparable to a decent desk mic like -->RØDE NT-USB (Podcasting, Home-Studio)
Unfortunately, I cannot compare these two models, but I can say that Brio is really good. It depends how dark is your room, but in every case (lightly darkened room, some diffused light) I am more than happy with Brio. I think these two are aimed at different audience - Brio seems to me as more all-rounder, focused on work, conferences, Win Hello, etc, where the Streamcam would look to me like aimed at streamers - that is reflected in the software as well. When I looked at a couple of reviews on youtube, I honestly cannot say that there is a LOT of difference. Yeah, not very helpful, I know.
Yes, you can still adjust it in the teams camera settings.
If you do not receive an answer here, we recommend that you start a discussion. Experience shows that more customers respond there than to a single question.
Dear Josef I can't answer this question, I use it with the LapTop. Yours sincerely Werner Frey

We do not have any direct experience. Perhaps someone else could share their experience. Server 2019 should basically be based on Win 10, but according to official compatibility information from Logitech (https://www.logitech.com/en-roeu/products/webcams/brio-4k-hdr-webcam.960-001106.html), I can unfortunately not confirm the compatibility.
The microphone does not work on the webcam but it does pick up video. You will need to use a microphone connected to the controller to communicate.
Yes, I use the Brio 4k daily for MS Teams and Zoom. That works well. The camera is connected via LG Curved Display and USB-C to a MacBook Pro 13" 2020 version with macOS 12. Sometimes the Mac loses the connection. But never during the call and a short unplug/plug always solves it.
