I guess that's how it is. I have also been waiting for this product since 6.4.2020. At the beginning, I still received monthly emails that the delivery would be delayed, but not any more.
In this case, please contact our customer service directly at galaxus@galaxus.ch. Our team will be happy to clarify this.

The Logitech C925e is compatible with Windows 11 as it supports the USB Video Class (UVC) standard, which is natively supported by Windows. However, there are reports of problems with recognition in certain Windows 11 environments, especially in Enterprise versions. The webcam is generally suitable for capturing QR codes, such as in banking applications, as it offers a resolution of 1080p. However, the functionality also depends on the specific software used for scanning. The webcam itself does not offer a special QR code recognition function.
Automatically generated from the .That's right. You don't need an infrared emitter to be Windows Hello compatible.
You have to plug it in the USB port of your computer. If your computer doesn't have a USB-A port, you need to buy an adapter (for example USB-C to USB-A)
I would bet on the insulating tape ;)
No idea, I only bought 1 ;) Ask Digitec. I need them for video conferencing, works fine.
I used this model on my Mac because I had the same problem as you. You can also buy an adapter to have USB ports. Webcam: Logitech StreamCam (2Mpx) Adapter: Goobay 4-way USB-C multiport (USB-A, 21.50cm)
Hello, The easiest way is to unplug the cable from the back of the camera. That's how I always do it. Best regards
This Logitech is not equipped with the infrared camera required for "Windows Hello", so it cannot actually work. Unfortunately around 100 francs more expensive, but explicitly equipped with an infrared camera for "Windows Hello": the Logitech Brio 4k (https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/logitech-brio-4k-webcam-6146448).
The front edge overlaps by just under 11mm.
No, you don't need any software, the camera is "plug and play", i.e. connect it and you're good to go.
The webcam has a microphone but no loudspeaker.
Possible without any problems, I use the webcam on a 49-inch curved monitor and it works very well.
If this is your way of dealing with the fact that there are delays in delivery of a currently scarce product (very well exceptionally long), then feel free.... 🤷🏼♂️
It does not have to be glued or screwed. It is of course possible. The camera can be attached to the screen in various positions with the joint .
I bought the product and it was delivered within a few days.
