It can be assumed that the mainboard is delivered with an older BIOS version. The manual describes how to update without the CPU using the Flash BIOS button and a USB stick.

The mainboard is compatible with the graphics card. You should rather make sure that your power supply has enough power and that the graphics card fits into the housing in terms of dimensions ;)

We also had this problem. It helped that we changed the boot order in the bios so that the hard disk was in first place.

- The USB stick must be formatted in FAT32. Otherwise, the UEFI installation will not work. - Lagacy mode must not be activated in the bios. -If Windows 10 is on the USB stick, insert it and press F11 or F12 when booting (depending on the manufacturer) and there you have the choice between normal and UEFI installation.
