I assume the supplier has problems. Galaxus no longer has any in stock, but Mediamarkt does. Or there are purchase price differences between the supplier and Galaxus. (Galaxus wants to buy them cheaper)
There's a really high demand for the Nintendo Switch at the moment and according to my informations production and logistics have been heavily impacted on Nintendo's side. Despite further increasing the production capacities for April and Mai, it may be hard to come by a new Nintendo Switch for a while.
The Nintendo Switch is very difficult to obtain worldwide... MediaMarkt has a delivery time of about 10 working days. Have a look there.

Theoretically, you should receive it this week (depending on how busy the logistics staff are). Ready for shipment means per se that your product is ready and that you will therefore receive a switch that was in stock. Otherwise, the designation "ready for shipment" would be incorrect.
Looking up the manufacturer's item number I can confirm that yes, this is the V2 model. I actually have it and can only say that the battery holds up really, really well - I don't know how else it would show. The listed langues are german (DE), french (FR), italian (IT) and english (EN). I've got mine in english for the main menu, the actual game language might be more or less, depending on what you actually buy.
