NZXT RGB & Fan Controller
Unfortunately, the manufacturer only officially states compatibility with NZXT and it cannot be guaranteed that it would work with products from other manufacturers.
You can theoretically connect as many fans as you want. It simply has three inputs on the controller. You can control the fans connected to each input. So if you want to control your four fans separately (speed/RGB etc.), three inputs are not enough. If you want to control all four fans identically, one input would theoretically be enough. Accordingly, you must connect at least 2 of your fans to one of the inputs with a Y-switch. EKWB EK-Cable Y-switch for 3x 4-pin PWM fans (10cm)

Yes, V2 will be released today. With V2 it will be possible to control 400V asynchronous fans and much more. LG Exopert in everything.
If you have NZXT RGB fans then the controller is useful because you can control the fan colours with it. But if you don't have RGB fans, you don't need one. Because you can control the fan curves via the software of the mainboard.
I was running them via a different software, but started running it via NZXT once i had them all connected. So, honestly, I don't know. I would imagine you can, but it may cause a conflict between the softwares.
Hello , The controller is initially designed for fans and LEDs, I did not try to make it work only with RGB.
You can connect these things to the controller. However, the NZXT Cam software is required for control.
Yes, exactly, then you can set the speed and also the rgbs via the in-house software (CAM).
The LEDs are connected in a chain, so you can make 2 different LED loops (your 4 fans, pump and RGB strip will only use one of 2 LED connections together). You can connect the fans with the triple split cable without any problems (so 3x3 fans would be possible). However, it may be tricky with cable management in BigTower cases, as the LED cables are sometimes a little short. I recommend to lay the whole fan loop and 3-fold split cable already before the MB installation and to do the whole thing behind the MB if you have to go from the rear part of the case directly to the front part. If you have any further questions or tips, please feel free to ask.
Yes, you can. I personally have 3 Aer RGB 2 on this controller.
You know, buy four of them? I bought the set of two, which already illuminates quite a lot. But it depends on the other parts. Especially if you have four of them, it is advisable to buy the controller as well, because you can connect several rgb to one header. Otherwise it will be tight at the mainboard with all the connections.
Yes, power and RGB are supported.
Hi Alex, you can connect any fan you want as long as it has a 4PIN PWM connector. I was also able to connect 3PIN fans, but then you can only control them via the voltage, which is somewhat less precise than with a 4PIN PWM fan. But no matter which fan you connect, 3PIN or 4PIN, they all show up in the NZXT software and you can control them there. In short: Yes, you can also connect the fans from the NZXT H510. Greetings, Elias.
According to the manufacturer, this box is compatible.
