I'm not sure if this adapter is compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S24 FE for headphone output and auxiliary (AUX) connection in a car. The Samsung EE-UC10JUWEGWW adapter is generally compatible with Samsung devices, but I don't have specific information on its compatibility with the Galaxy S24 FE. It is recommended to check Samsung's official specifications or contact their support for confirmation.

The tiny contacts and the plug mechanism of the USB plug are overstressed by the movements of a headphone cable and cause loose contacts after a few months. I had 2 of these adapters. Both produced the symptoms you describe after less than a year. The slot on the smartphone also suffered. Remedy: Bluetooth headphones, or an adapter that does not transfer the mechanical stress on the plug to the USB socket. I haven't found one yet.

Hello Richard, you are "only" connecting the audio output to the car. The phone's microphone is still used for calls. At least for me, this works well as long as I have the phone with a holder directly in front of me in the ventilation grilles. The phone may think that there should be a microphone at the other end and mutes it on the phone. You can only check this in the settings when the phone is plugged in. Alternatively, I also use a Bluetooth adapter so that my daughter can also play music from her mobile via the speakers. Yours sincerely, André.

The two audio adapters are in the same category (USB-C audio adapters) and are listed in 1st and 4th place next to each other. There are further filters to differentiate the search for a desired product. These include subcategory, brand, price, port A, port B, etc.

Does this also work with a Google Pixel 6?

There seem to be 2 types of USB-C adapters, one without a sound card built in and one with. The Samsung is without a sound card, but is very very quiet on my Oneplus Nord2. I therefore ordered one of each, the "UGREEN USB C Jack Adapter USB C to AUX 3.5mm headphone adapter without DAC chip" for the OnePlus - and it works really well and one with a sound card for the Ipad, namely the "Adapter USB C to jack,Stouchi USB Type C to 3.5 mm headphone adapter Aux Audio Dongle,Hi Res DAC " which also works very well. You would have to find out which type is needed for the Google phone ... or just order both ;-)

Unfortunately, I can't measure the data rate. I use OnePlusNord with the Samsung adapter and old iPhone 5 earphones and it sounds quite good! I don't use a mic.
