Yes with firmware update
hello, I have been employing this card in a Canon R5 for a year now. Best memory card ever. As the 659 product is not available, I assume that it will be taken out of the range sooner or later. The technical data of the 280 version is identical. Have fun with it.
Unfortunately you have ordered the wrong one! Sony only accepts CFexpress type A cards. They are a lot smaller and slower than the type B cards.
Nope. SD, SDHC or SDXC (UHS-I) card
No. Only CF Express Type A and SDXC cards fit in the Sonys. This also applies to the Alpha 1, Alpha 7IV and the new Alpha 7 V.

No. The A7III only eats SD cards. CF Express Type B cards are generally not used by Sony. Not even in other models. However, the Alpha 1, 7S III and the 7 IV can also be equipped with CF Express Type A cards. They are much smaller.
Yes, you can. :)

HPRC 1300 Memory Card Case für 4 Karten (Speicherkartenhülle)
Not as far as I know. It wouldn't make sense either, because the CFexpress types and readers are much, much faster in the data transfer rate. A QXD device would only slow things down.
