Hello Roger I am very satisfied with this device. Just put in the DVD and enjoy the film :-) Best regards Angi
it improves the quality a bit, but as long as the player and the DVD are not 4K capable, you won't get 4K on your TV. I hope I could help you a little bit.
I have never tried it with audio CDs. It doesn't work with DVDs (the position is *not* saved).
Unfortunately, this item cannot be used vertically and we do not sell this type of item.

Yes, you can play ordinary CDs with the device. It supports CD audio, CD-R and CD-RW, as confirmed in the official specifications. Greetings back, Jürg!

Yes, you can play CDs. The player supports CD audio, CD-R and CD-RW. The connection to a soundbar or TV is made via HDMI. The player has an HDMI output, which is used to transmit audio and video signals.

Hello, No, this product does not have a screen. Sony Support EN
Yes, it works. As stated in the product description: Product type - Bluray + DVD Player.
I would like to answer - but what is actually the question?
No this is a normal HD Blu-ray player, the next cheapest true 4K Blu-Ray player would be this model: Panasonic DP-UB154 (Blu-ray Player)
Hi Priska-bloechlinger, It depends on the file types. You can find the playable file types in the operating instructions on page 40. Sony Support EN
I have a doubt, I have asked the supplier :)
Sorry, my "question" was an oversight ...
No, it is not.
The BlueRay player is connected via an HDMI cable. This assumes that your TV at home also has an HDMI connection. Most Samsung TVs have this - unless they are 10 years old ;)
DIMENSIONS (WXHXT) 230 x 39 x 194 mm WEIGHT 0.8 kg And it does what it's supposed to do - with me for a few years now.
I was able to play a dvd from the UK without any problems.
I am unsure. Ask at the specialist shop. This case is not described in the instruction manual. Which connection cable did it need?
It should work with DVDs too. :)
