Hello Which Unifi AP is it exactly? Look in the specification of the corresponding product for the supply voltage. For + Plus products (e.g. Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC-PRO-E) you should use an injector with 48V supply voltage (D-Link DPE101GI). The difference between the two adapters is that one has 100Mbps and the other 1000Mbps (1Gbps) Ethernet. You might also want to check the manufacturer's homepage. I use Ubiquiti UniFi AP AC-PRO-E with D-Link DPE101GI, works perfectly.
