Shape is the most important factor. Of course I wish this mouse had a 2k-4k hz polling rate, but it's more than good enough as it is.

Switched from a logitech g pro x superlight.
My bias is that I had the original ec2. Comparing to the logitech I had for the last 2000 cs hours. (800 dpi, 1 sens)
The shape is way more comfortable and the only way you would prefer the superlight is if you're a hardcore claw grip type. The Zowie feels better built and more stable.
Better coating for more grip and less sweating. The weight differerence was noticable for 1 day and then forgotten about.
The primary buttons are more stable in the horizontal axis but more or less the same in quality. Secondary buttons and mousewheel clicks are more pronounced and not even comparable to logitech.
No bloatware needed while you need to use at least the memory control software to switch dpi on the logitech.
The sensor is a bit weaker for very small movement. Talking about circles <1mm in diameter. But for me thats not noticable while playing. The mouse tracks better especially for flicks. Additionally the Zowie has better lift off and even lets you control it directly.
In no world would I switch back to the logitech and that says it all.

Exceptional shape.
A receiver that performs as well as it looks.
I was very reluctant to buy this mouse, as it's used a lot by the pros in the big FPS game majors. I'm very happy with the grip, and nowadays wireless gaming mice are increasingly used with lithium batteries for 60-80 hours of autonomy...

Just the brand alone tells you that you won't regret it. A very good, effective mouse for fps games in particular.
