The watch itself is great, but the FitBit app is a rip-off.
If you want to "monitor" your daily routine and sleep patterns, you immediately enter the premium area. Here we are talking about costs of 8.99 euros per month or 79.99 euros per year, and that is simply a rip-off. It is understandable that FitBit wants to see money for video and audio workouts, but without a premium membership, certain built-in technical functions of the watch are also not usable, such as the tracking of skin temperature or the breakdown of the sleep index.
Cost:
Assuming you want to view and interpret your data that the watch records, as other manufacturers do, and assuming a watch life of 5 years, we come up with the following price:
5 years premium membership = 399.95 Euros*.
1 FitBit Sense = 169.00 CHF
Total = 568.95 CHF
(*=Euros calculated 1:1 with francs)
Conclusion:
It's a super watch, but without an expensive premium membership it's a disappointment.
For 568.95 CHF, you get more for your money with other manufacturers.

super tracker for stress, sleep, pulse, SPO2, heart rate variability, breathing, training, steps, GPS with plausible evaluations and useful advice. Premium evaluation for CHF 9.10 per month is far too much and without Premium the usefulness suffers.

The watch would be very good if the problem with the heart rate monitor for HIIT workouts was not. I don't understand why no one has written this in the comments yet.
When I do a HIIT workout (very strenuous exercise in a short period of time to get my heart rate up), the Fitbit Sense shows me a max heart rate of about 110 beats per minute, when all along I was doing 140 and max 160 beats. This difference is too extreme. The heart rate monitor was one of the main reasons I bought a smartwatch.
Here are details of a test that confirms the inaccuracy in heart rate measurement for rapid heart rate increases: https://www.youtube.com/watch

So far I like this smartwatch and fits my needs!
As per November 2020 ECG and SP02 work in Switzerland (SP02 only measured during the sleep), although I am not too sure if these measurements are actually useful for healthy people.
I like the design, it is comfortable to wear even during the night.
Battery lasts long (5-6 days)!

I can highly recommend the watch. Since I already had a Fitbit watch before, I already knew most of the functions and find them great. The training functions on this watch I could not yet test all, I assume, however, that the training records also work well. The battery life of only 5 hours with constant GPS use I can not yet confirm, this would be a disadvantage on larger tours. Since the battery charges quickly, this could possibly be "bridged" with a power bank, for example, during a break. Schad I find that Fitbit no longer provides different watch faces (free of charge). For the premium membership you pay after the free months CHF 10.50, which is still quite a lot in my opinion, which is why I'm not sure about this yet.
