Good and inexpensive Intel NIC
Works flawlessly in a Dell server with Linux.
If you don't want to experiment with win 2016, you can get it here.
I chose this card because it is supposed to run under Server 2016, which I can now confirm. So far, it runs flawlessly in NIC teaming.
