In all categories very good - price top!
I received the headset two weeks ago and tested it extensively. Am massively impressed!
The sound while gaming is incredible, had previously only a stereo headset, with the Virtual 7.1 is really clear advantage! Also to watch movies the 7.1 is a good thing. For music necessarily turn off the surround sound, otherwise sounds shitty, but then sindse also top for listening to music. The ear cushions are very comfortable and especially large enough, even for large ears. Half a minus there is from me in wearing comfort, not because that is not good, but because I have a relatively large beet and the headset fully extended just barely enough.
As for the design, everyone must decide for themselves. I personally find it top, not too "gamery-gimmicky", simple and noble - like. Refer here to the processing, this is really impeccable!
The microphone is very good for a headset, is my game buddies immediately noticed. (Is also removable)
Conclusion: Sound, design, workmanship, wearing comfort all together, this headset should cost 150-200CHF and it would be far from overpriced!Pro

If design and comfort is important then buy it. If sound and microphonquali important then leave the fingers of it
so one thing I have to let these "gamer-headsets": they know how they have to show themselves so that they stand in a good light. So I ordered one of these HyperX dingern because I have read only good about it and everywhere this is crowned as very cheap, etc..
Positive: The unpacking was very good, the box is, as you know it from such gaming paraphernalia, very stylish and you also get a pouch and airplane plug (which can certainly be useful). The headset also feels really good and looks very cool, you even get a second pair of ear pads (more fabric than the ones in the picture) that you can replace.
that's it with the positive unfortunately ...
negative: the music quality leaves much to be desired for me. I still have old Sennheiser headphones in the same price category that delivers a lot better highs and lows (but I'm very audiophile, vllt is the drum for some not as big a difference or as big a problem as for me).
The biggest problem was that a processing error leads to the fact that the speakers can be heard from time to time a crackling. (google "crackling HyperX Cloud 2" and you'll see that it's a common issue with headsets. I think you can get used to it (it's not very loud) but in my opinion it's not possible at all at this price....
Also, the included "hyperX driver" is very bad in my opinion... the microphone is set so low by default that you are just on the border of not being able to hear. (and don't worry, i'm a computer scientist, i tried for about 2 hours to make the microphone louder somehow, but the driver overwrites the windows options and only lets you change the volume via the slider on the usb port).
Because of all the shortcomings, I returned the headset and would not recommend it.Pro

Super price-performance ratio!
I am absolutely thrilled with this headset!
The sound and microphone quality are very good for this price range. I already own a Razer Kraken headset (same price) and the quality is about the same. The headset is therefore suitable for listening to music, gaming and voice chat via Skype.
The wearing comfort is extremely good! I wear glasses and the headset has never hurt me, even after several hours of use.
The workmanship is incredibly high quality for this price due to the use of metal and real leather and therefore also seems quite stable.
The scope of delivery includes various parts so that the headset can be used on many different systems (PC's, PS4, mobile phone/MP3 player) (Attention: for XBox One an additional adapter is necessary!).
What you get from this product for the price is practically unbeatable!Pro

My best gamer headset so far
Top product! I used to have a G35 from Logitech and thought it was a very good gamer headset. The HyperX Cloud II surpasses it in every respect: better wearing comfort, better sound, and due to the use of metal in many places that have turned out to be weak points in other headphones, I also expect a long service life.
I only deducted one point from the design because there is no mute button for the microphone, like on the G35.
But I would definitely buy it again. The price/performance ratio is excellent.Pro
