Very good for the price
I use two in a RAID 1 as a boot disc for my lab and haven't had any problems so far (after four months 24/7).

Great for refurbishing old PCs, I use them as my first HD, install the operating system on them and then direct the data to the secondary drive, this way good PCs from 5-10 years ago get their youth back and run faster than new mid-range ones.
