Effective
Frankly, I recommend this product, as it reduces the overall temperature of the Raspberry. I have a Raspberry that runs 24/7 and over time the fans make a lot of noise because of the dust.

The fans make a TINY bit of noise, which makes sense since they're so small. Still, you need to be directly on top of them to hear the buzzing sound, otherwise it's not noticeable. When running a stress test it was a bit more audible, but still within room noise range. After 20 minutes of stress testing, the temperature never went over 48.
