Insufficient compatibility
Poor sound quality. The product description fails to mention that the device is only compatible with Windows. Not even a driver for Mac can be found on the net.

Recording and digitisation did not work at all.
USB 3 sticks are not recognised at all, an empty folder is created for USB 2 sticks, but the stick is then displayed as faulty by Windows 10/11 and no longer accepted.
A rubbish device even for this price.

LogiLink - Do not waste your money buying this useless device
I purchased this product because I had about 20 cassettes to digitize, so this low cost device seemed a good choice. And yes when it work it does a more than acceptable job. However, I have never been able to digitize a full cassette because after a few minutes the tape become entangled and stops… luckily the cassettes could be recovered. A close look at the device reveals that the motor in the device is weak (compared to a normal cassette player) and this causes the tape to get entangled. I tried with several cassettes, but the same occurs….

Does not work as described, not recommended
According to the description, it should be possible to digitise the audio cassette directly onto a connected USB stick. I tested several sticks with all possible formattings, nothing worked, the recording did not succeed.
I therefore connected the device with a cable (3.5 mm MONO!) via headphone output to Line In on the PC and digitisation was successful with Audacity.Pro

Voice cassettes such as lectures or fairy tales cassettes can be saved.
Somewhat complex/inconvenient to set up. When operated manually, it records endlessly unless manually interrupted again. Quality is difficult to judge unless tape quality can otherwise be checked. Voice recordings are intelligible, music had to be post-processed (remove device hum). Suspect irregular tape run, music then fluctuates.
