Logitech Z533
Can confirm this unfortunately: When the system is switched off, you can hear a (relatively) loud coil beeping from the subwoofer. This is particularly annoying when the PC is in the bedroom at night and can unfortunately only be remedied when the whole system is taken from the power. If you switch on the Z533, you hear a permanent, disturbing and also relatively loud noise from both satellites. I mean, these are PC speakers, which are not placed too far from you, and there the secondary sound disturbs but considerably (I can not work so, unless I permanently listen to any music, then it works).
The beeping is probably due to cheap components, transistors, the noise maybe due to bad shielding, I'm no expert.
Anyway, so unusable for me and unfortunately I can not give a purchase recommendation. Logitech should operate there better QC (apparently there are devices that do not have that).
Will send this back and hope digitec takes this back. Hope I have better luck with Bose.

Sound itself is good, for the price certainly ok. But still 2 stars for that.
Would not call me an audiophile, so unfortunately I can not swing here too big speech about highs and lows, etc.. In addition, deletes me because of the above testing from the outset.

For the money you get two nice compact satellites and a powerful bass. The control unit feels good in the hand and is solidly built with a good weight.

First time I've been disappointed with a Logitech product.
- Big problem with balance at low volume (left speaker louder than right).
- Permanent hissing even without a connected audio source (makes listening to some music very unpleasant)
- Electronic crackling from the subwoofer even when the system is switched off
Seen on the Logitech forum, people have exactly the same problems.
I must admit that I am very frustrated with this product. It's a shame because the sound quality is very good, with a good balance between bass, midrange and treble.
Reluctantly, I do not recommend this kit. minus

Sound quality is sufficient. I liked my old Logitech 2.1 better. The control panel should be a bit smaller.
Unfortunately, the system switches itself off after a while and has to be switched on again. I don't know when and why this happens. But it's tedious when the sound is suddenly missing.

I got it today and I must say I am thrilled! Very good sound quality. Especially the bass is nice and crisp and the highs come across well. The system sounds more expensive than it really is. I would almost say it sounds even better than the much more expensive Bose 2.1 system for the computer.
It's a pity that there are no digital inputs.

Sound quality is OK, but the unit hums at a higher volume and whistles very loudly when it is in stand-by mode. I have therefore installed a power strip with two switch-on buttons so that I can switch off the whistling. It also happens that the right-hand loudspeaker doesn't work from time to time. I would definitely not buy it again.
