Have the Presence bought elsewhere. The rating bleit but the same ;-)
Here my own little test report after 1 day:
Delivered the camera in a pretty, classy packaging as one is already accustomed to Netatmo. The camera / lamp itself makes a very solid impression. Very nicely finished (so no cheap plastic). The assembly takes a few minutes time - Is but done in no time. Then the integration into the own network. This is also very easy to do together with the corresponding app. Then you are actually already "ready for use". You set areas, and that in a very simple way, and you also tell the camera how it should store the data. I connected Dropbox as a test, and it works fine. So installation & commissioning are really EASY. One has then still various setting options, eg when the light should turn on, how bright, etc. So the brightness of the lamp has surprised me positively. Give pretty bright the 12W ! So far, people, cars and animals were detected pretty well. A few times there were false detections, but you can correct them manually (probably the detection then works better and better?) All in all, I'm really excited about the "Presence" Although the microphone is set very sensitive and thus causes a permanent noise like the sea, and the image is somewhat overexposed in my opinion. Maybe this will be improved in later firmware updates. What I find quite funny. You have the option to watch/download a time-lapse video of the day in one minute. That's really cool :-) Ahja and finally the best. The integration via IFTTT - is just great. Top device from my point of view. I would buy again.

Very good functional device which unfortunately needs more power than normal IPTV surveillance cameras.
IPTV 4 Watt
Netatmo day 9 watts / night 17 - 19 watts / night + floodlight up to 30 watts (measured with a standard household ammeter).
The recording runs via Netatmo server. This means that all data goes via Netatmo and the evaluation of the image movements is delayed by approx. 5 - 10 seconds.
Shadows are also recognised as animals or people, depending on the wind.
All in all, a perfect solution for a house that is to be partially monitored. Especially because of the bright integrated floodlight which also reliably lights up at night from a distance of approx. 12 metres.
All the delays in the image reproduction are due to technical reasons and are not a problem for me.
However, everyone must decide this for themselves.
I will buy more of these devices at some point.

Unfortunately, I haven't found any alternatives with a 220 V connection, floodlight and Wi-Fi. That's why I'm now with the third camera. Failures were frequent with all three, I was able to get the second one replaced under warranty (image error) and with the third one the floodlight still works, but it is no longer accessible on the net.
The setup is always a struggle (ok, once of the many times it went absolutely smoothly and quickly), up to 45 minutes, with trying, one step further, again from the beginning, showing cards...

Hello, I bought this product as soon as it was released because I found the idea of replacing an outdoor light with a camera interesting.
I was not disappointed by the support because I have of course wiped some plaster. On the other hand, at the time, the customer service was reactive, listening to its customers, and open to debugging, to understand the various errors and improve their product.
So wifi configuration, antenna change, repeater, in short the total but for a satisfactory result. I was able to use the system for more than 1 year without any problem.
And there, obsolescence, or youth defect nothing works anymore, the camera disconnects every 10 minutes, even after reboot.
Of course now that Netatmo is a Legrand company, we feel the difference, after a first warm contact where I was offered to take the camera back, because it does not work anymore, under warranty. I am informed that it will cost me the price of the new one less 10%. And yes, there is no need for a beta tester anymore, Netatmo doesn't mind selling a camera at a professional price but with a ridiculous lifespan, because 2.5 years is ridiculous and 300 is already a professional. In short, the product could be great if it lasted over time, or if Netamo had kept its startup customer service.
It also works perfectly in Africa, in one of the largest slums, Kibera ... if it has electricity. Our 46m2 house has been well protected for 10 months. People know that when they enter our compound at night, the lights come on automatically. That's it. That's enough; you don't want to be seen if you're up to no good. Nobody notices that there's a camera in there that blinks around during the day and at night. Only me and my lady, whether at home or on the road. It regularly gets dark here around 7 pm. It's practical that when I come home late, the access path is quickly lit up. That always makes me blink back.
What is not so sensational is the rather high price. For this money, there should have been room for a 6-12h backup battery. And: our 5 chickens are almost members of the family, but the fact that the software still recognises them as "humans" despite having manually re-labelled them as "animals" several hundred times is a bit of a cackle.
