Great headphones, exactly what you would expect from Senheiser.
I had previously used the CX 300 for over 2 years without any wear (train to university, sports). Unfortunately, I lost the headphones along with my MP3 player. That's why I bought a replacement.
The workmanship of the CX 400 is top-notch, the scope of delivery with numerous rubber tips is exemplary (although the standard tips fit me best). In my subjective opinion, however, the bass performance has decreased somewhat compared to the CX 300. The guys from Senheiser should do better with the successor models! The cable noise mentioned by the previous commentators (when touching the cable) is unfortunately still present. Here, too, an improvement would be desirable.
Of the in-ear headphones I have used so far, however, they are still the best value for money.For two years now, the CX 400 II has been my daily...
The CX 400 II has been my daily companion for two years now and I am still almost completely satisfied; the most convincing features are
+sound quality
+carrying comfort
What could be improved are
- acoustic conductivity of the cable (to reduce this I recommend using the cable clip supplied)
- Insulation could also be better, but is ok
My CX 400 II broke at the bottom of the cable after about 6 months (broken in the bag); sent it in and Sennheiser replaced it without comment, no problems since.I have had the headphones for about 2 days and have to say ...
I've had the headphones for about 2 days and have to say that the sound quality is 1A. Good accessories and the headphones look very smart. Price/performance is right.

I give up after 2 years and the fourth (!) replacement of the headphones with the brand. Is in daily use and does not make it, unfortunately unusable.
