Doing what they should so far
So far, they are doing what is expected of them in an array (12 disks): they are running. At most, I will do another review after a year (smart, any failures, performance).

Not very reliable - 2 failures within 12 months
Had to replace both N300s in a Synology (mirrored) within 12 months. Fortunately one after the other. Let's see how long the replacement lasts.
