Very good disks, working very well in a RAID configuration
I had to look for classical hard disks as replacement for failing disks. Specially in RAID configurations, I have to stay away from fancy SMR disks and the like. Thank goodness Toshiba provides us with true disks.
Once again, avoid SMR (Shingled Magnetic Recording) disks for RAID configurations. I use them in a Linux md RAID-1 array. Excellent.Pro

When installing into DS211j, Synology reports that the HD is not on the Compatibilitylist, but still runs. The first one (about 4 months ago) did not get the message.
