In my area of application, this SSD is used in various pfSense routers. Here it has been shown that the SSD tends to wear out after a few months under high write and read rates and then fails.

I have received a variant of the SSD that is rated at 3.3V and 2.7A. In extreme cases, this results in almost 9W power consumption. Quite a lot for an SSD.
In fact, I had the problem that in the designated end device, the SSD regularly caused failures under load. I had to use another model (with a lower power rating of 3.3V/1.5A), which has now been working perfectly for weeks.
The product photo clearly shows 3.3V/1.5A, which I personally consider normal for an SSD. The production date is (presumably) March 2023 for my model - perhaps this has already been overhauled and a newer variant is shown above.
Since I cannot say with absolute certainty whether the SSD alone was to blame for the failures or whether there was perhaps also an incompatibility on the part of the end device, I justify the rating with 3 stars.
