Its large control panel makes the handling of the device simple and intuitive and guides you quickly to your desired destination with animated step-by-step instructions.

High quality at good speed
With 20 A4 colour and black and white pages per minute and a dot density of up to 1200x1200 dpi, it delivers sharp prints with fine colour gradations in rapid succession. The first printout is available after 7.7. Thanks to the automatic document feeder (ADF), the scanning of multi-page documents up to A3 format is also fast: It digitizes up to 54 documents per minute with up to 600 dpi resolution and sends them in various file formats to e-mail, folders, USB or SD cards.

Economical on paper and electricity
The automatic duplex unit saves paper by printing on both sides. Energy consumption is also low: the system can be programmed to switch itself on and off automatically when it is no longer in use. It only takes 8 seconds to return from sleep mode. The special PxP EQ toner features a lower melting temperature, reducing energy consumption and minimizing operating costs.

Perfectly connected
You connect the printer to your local network via Gigabit Ethernet and make it available to the members of your workgroup. You will also find USB interfaces for connection as a stand-alone device and for connection to USB storage media. If your network is connected to the Internet, you can also use the Ricoh Smart Print & Scan application to print jobs from your mobile phone. A WLAN adapter (IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n) can also be purchased as an option.
