The Playbar not only enhances any TV with rich HiFi sound but also streams every song in the world wirelessly. Whatever is playing on your TV, the Playbar will play it. 5.1 home cinema is possible with a subwoofer and a stereo pair of Play:3 speakers, and there’s a night mode for clear playback at low volumes. It can be placed above or below your TV on a table or console, or mounted horizontally on a wall. Play your music directly from iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch (from iOS 6), with support for internet radio: streaming MP3, WMA, and playlist support for Rhapsody, iTunes, WinAmp, Windows Media Player, and MusicMatch.

Die Kultige. Sonos ist Vorreiter in Sachen WLAN, Multiroom und App, lässt sich ohne App nicht bedienen. Klingt etwas hell. Für Rock zu wenig Bass. Filmdialoge gut verständlich. Hoher Standbyverbrauch. Kein Bluetooth. Erweiterungs-Set für Raumklang ab 418 Euro, Bassmodul: 735 Euro.

Die Sonos-Kombiation aus Playbar und Sub ist schon seit geraumer Zeit erhältlich. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig, das Design schlicht, aber nicht unbedingt praktisch: Die stoffummantelte Playbar ist ein Staubfänger, dem man notgedrungen ab und zu mit dem Staubsauger zu Leibe rücken muss...
Der Sonos ist nicht nur ein prima Lautsprecher für Fernseher, sondern auch die moderne Variante einer Stereo-Anlage. Denn der angenehm runde Klang überzeugt gleichermaßen mit Film-Sound und Musikstücken. Wer mehr Bässe braucht, kann einen Tieftöner "Sub" ergänzen (800 Euro).
