Thermal Grizzly presents KryoSheet, a new product that is part of the company's advertised High Performance Cooling Solutions. The graphene thermal pads from the Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet series can be an excellent alternative to high-performance thermal pastes. Similar to the Carbonaut pads, they feature a flexible surface with very high thermal conductivity. Compared to Carbonaut pads, KryoSheet offers significantly higher thermal conductivity as a high-end product. This enhanced thermal conductivity is due not only to the choice of materials but also to the innovative manufacturing process. KryoSheet contains no liquid components and is therefore not subject to the usual aging that occurs with traditional thermal paste. Drying out is not possible.

The ease of use and durability of the KryoSheet pads are clear advantages. The long lifespan of the pads means they are maintenance-free. This is beneficial not only for industrial applications, such as server construction, but also for home PC building or in the OEM sector. Since the pads do not need to be replaced like thermal paste at regular intervals, elaborate maintenance is eliminated.
