The MTS970T is based on a circuit board with 30 µ" gold contacts and utilizes the so-called corner-bond technology. It is extensively tested to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications. The endurance values are rated at 3,000 program/erase cycles, and the extended operating temperature range is between -20 and 75 degrees Celsius.
