The luxurious design of the speakers is highlighted by rounded corners and a piano lacquer finish. The speakers of the MCR-N570D feature a 12 cm woofer and a 3 cm soft dome tweeter. The woofer is an A-PMD woofer (Advanced Polymer-injected Mica Diaphragm), a smaller version of the woofer from Yamaha's high-end speaker series "Soavo." The white diaphragm symbolizes Yamaha's excellent sound quality. To prevent unwanted cabinet resonances, Yamaha has developed the VCCS system (Vibration Control Cabinet Structure), which uses strategically placed composite material components to efficiently isolate vibrations. Additionally, the three stand legs absorb shock waves, further enhancing sound quality. The high-quality, screw-mounted speaker terminals are gold-plated.
