-- English version see below I want to use the Icy Box IB-183M2 to extract data from two SATA SSDs (sd6sp1m-256g-1102) that were previously installed in my old laptop (Asus ROG G750 JZ, bought at digitec) (working, except for the power adapter). The LED on the external enclosure lights up continuously, but the drive is not recognised in Windows. Neither in Explorer nor in Disk Management, Device Management or Computer Management. I have tried 2 different SSDs (OS and data from the same laptop), several USB 2 and 3 ports and several USB cables. Each on an HP EliteBook 840 G6 and on a Lenovo Legion Y520. Since the goal is to extract the data, reformatting should be avoided. Does anyone have any ideas? Could the customer provide us with information about which SSD is installed in the enclosure box? This product is just an external SSD case in which an M.2 SSD has to be installed so that it can be recognized by the PC/Notebook. Is the mentioned SSD (sd6sp1m-256g-1102) installed in the case or in the notebook? It could be that the closure is defective in which I would advise DOA if the article was ordered recently.
