My autistic daughter, 13 years old and slim (also head), wears these headphones almost all day. They have never slipped off her head.

She loves them, I don't. 
The headphones have a sensor in one ear cup that presses on my ear.

With headphones, I would do a wear test if at all possible.
Or simply make use of the 30-day exchange period. Then this shouldn't be a problem.
