In the notes it says: 5G on all Swiss networks. "This smartphone has been tested and approved for the 5G network of Salt, Sunrise and Swisscom. The use of 5G is therefore possible for Galaxus Mobile and other providers who claim the Salt, Sunrise or Swisscom network." -- Does that mean the smartphone has a SIM LOCK? Or can I use it with any SIM card and also outside the CH network with 5G?

You can use this with any SIM card. I think this also applies outside Switzerland.

There is no SIM lock. It should work anywhere, though I did not find any 5G in Italy, Germany, France or the Netherlands so far.
