Can anyone explain why some orders can be picked up from Digitec stores and paid for on collection, while others orders need to be picked up from Migros stores (PickMup) and must be paid for in advance, with a consequential additional 24 hours delay in the delivery schedule ? I have tried asking the Digitec help center, but they do not respond. This web-site tries to give the impression that this non-optional 'alternative' is a convenience, but as the customer I can confirm that it most definitely is not.
