Can anyone tell me what cable I need to connect an external screen? It doesn't have an hdmi connection.

It has two mini display ports. Either an adapter: Delock Mini DisplayPort to (HDMI, 18 cm) or a direct cable: Lindy Mini DisplayPort - HDMI (Type A) (1 m, DisplayPort, HDMI)

At best, a USB-C - HDMI / DisplayPort cable can also be used directly between the laptop and the screen.
This works well with my laptop.
