Yes, that works, but for 250 francs I would recommend the LG, which is more than worth the 50 francs extra: LG 27UL500-W

It has HDCP 2.2 (so you can also play Netfix via HDMI), and more importantly, it has an IPS panel that is much more viewing angle stable than the Samsung model. When ordering, specify that you want a CH power connection if you don't already have one at home.

LG 27UL500-W.AEU (27", 3840 x 2160 Pixels)

The Samsung U28E590D monitor looks like a bargain, but it came on the market in 2015, even though it is new in the box. They have to get rid of the devices now (they were so cheap a month ago). The Samsung model is definitely no longer new.

The Samsung set also only has a TP panel, and can only do 30 Hz on the first HDMI input and, as mentioned, does not support HDCP 2.2 for copy-protected content. With the Samsung, only the second HDMI input is capable of 60 Hz. In addition, the Samsung monitor has an exotic 75 x 75 mm VESA mount, while the LG model adheres more to the usual VESA mount standard with 100 x 100 mm.
