I don't see that the (P Reverb G2 controller) has Bluetooth. There is nothing about it in the product description. And if it does, the TP-Link might be too slow. I suspect that it is only USB2.

Most likely yes: I've been using it as a regular Bluetooth adapter ever since my built-in BT stopped working. No issues at all, so far worked with every device I tried.
