Since the mainboard of the MEDION® ERAZER® Engineer X20 apparently has M.2 slots, you can use this SSD.
To be able to use the full performance of the SSD, the M.2 slot should have PCIe 3.0 with 4 lanes.
If in doubt, please enquire directly with the device manufacturer.

Yes, it is possible to install it, it has two slots for it. One at the front of the mainboard, above the graphics card, and the other should be at the back of the mainboard.
