No, this docking station cannot charge a laptop - it uses an older chipset that does not support this.
However, if you check CADUAL4KDOCKPD and / or CADUA4KDCOKPDL, these two docking stations work with the same technology but use a newer chipset and can charge your laptop - as long as your laptop's USB-C port supports it.
