Do I need a controller for this product? Or does it come with it? And is the following fan: Corsair HD140 with controller (140mm, 2x) compatible with this?

The fan needs a separate controller. Otherwise, the fan is simply a normal fan. However, I do not know whether this fan is compatible with the HD140.
