Does this also support Playstation 5 ? And is there any possibility to hear the sound from the Playstation 5 as well as talk and if I want to switch over to the pc and talk there on discord but still have the sound from the console?

In theory, yes. On the PC, you first have to set the dongle to playstation mode via icue, then you can use the BT function for Discord via PC or, even better, smartphone.
