I ordered the batteries directly from Steelseries. That worked well and they were delivered very quickly. Of course, I had to pay by credit card, but practically every bank card nowadays has a credit card "integrated".

I also ordered the ear cushions and with a little googling I found the WC Ear Cushions. I ordered them from Amazon, but there are also suppliers in Switzerland (but they cost 3 times as much). I hope I was able to help.

I have no idea. I also sent an enquiry about this to Digitec and didn't hear back. You can buy them from SteelSeries: https://de.steelseries.com/gaming-accessories/arctis-nova-pro-wireless-battery-pack, if available. But I can't say (yet) whether they deliver to Switzerland.
