Got headsets yesterday, was looking forward to the delivery enormously, now I'm pretty disappointed. + Sound quality is top + Processing top - Range not even up to 10m, as soon as I leave the room (door remains open) the connection is lost, should be up to 30m according to the description, what is the reason? - When I'm on the phone, I can hardly hear my own voice (although side tone is switched on and all levels have been tested, I should be able to hear my voice through the headset). - Earpiece presses firmly on the ear, quite unpleasant when talking on the phone for a long time. If there is a possibility, I would like to exchange for Jabra 930 Pro.
Regarding Side Tone (hearing your own voice): I had the same problem and then realised that Windows only used the headset as a "speaker" and still set the microphone built into the laptop as the active microphone source. After I then manually defined the headset's microphone as the source, it works excellently.
You might want to check that.
Hello Kosta.76,
I have the same headset and I'm very satisfied. It's true, the pressure on the ears is stronger. But it can be corrected (for my ears) if you turn the earpieces slightly forwards so that they lie "flatter" on the ears. This also fades out ambient noise better (even without ANC). Regarding the range, the 30m only refers to the Jabra Link. I use it in such a way that I use the Jabra Link on the PC and the phone via normal Bluetooth. I get on well with that.
