Digitec service an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE. Waiting now for over 3 weeks for repair, replacement or refund.
Got a message on Monday. Service delayed ...what should I do with such an info ?

After my Momentum 3 became defective one day before the warranty expired, I sent it in for repair or replacement on 22 May. A replacement was then delivered to me on 29 June. Since the replacement came directly from Sennheiser, it took a little longer.
