Personally, I've never had any problems with this and I don't really understand it. The microphones are inside the shell and you wear the headset so that the cushions are on your ear. There are no microphones that lie directly on the edge. This can only happen if the cushions are extremely compressed. Alternatively, you can buy other cushions.


The software is certainly not the best. But I almost only use it for updates. Otherwise, the settings directly via the base station are enough for me. It certainly depends on what you expect from a headset software. There are probably better products (e.g. Elgato).

Seems to have been corrected for the white version, the black version is still listed as the 2022 version in the shop..would be cool if that was fixed there too.
