Microsoft Surface Dock 2
Docking port (proprietary), 4 Ports
Hello all I bought the Dock 2 and wanted to connect it with my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 (Intel Core i7) to the two Samstung S24F354FHU screens. The connection is secured via HDMI (on the screen) and USB-C (on the dock). Unfortunately, only one of the two screens can be displayed at a time. Under Settings, Display, I can see three screens (2 monitors, 1 Surface screen). However, only 1 monitor and the screen on the Surface are running. I have tried all possible variations via the settings, but I am not getting anywhere with my problem. I'm at the end of my tether. It can't be that difficult to set up, especially as we have already set up exactly the same setup at home. Can anyone help me?
Good evening Silvia. There are 4 USB-C ports on the Surface Doc. Only 2 of them are for the monitors. You have connected the cables to the correct sockets on the Doc?
I have exactly the same problem, what was it? What can I do to make both monitors work?
