Question about Klipsch R-51PM

Hello everyone, I own a Yamaha R-303D receiver. Is there any way to connect these speakers to the receiver via an AC cable (RCA to RCA)? At the moment I have connected the speakers via AUX and I can't change the volume on my receiver but only on the speakers directly. Thank you very much in advance.

You can connect the R-51PM to your reciever via the "PHONO" input (switch on the back of the speaker to LINE), but this will not solve your problem. These Klipsch speakers are ACTIVE speakers, i.e. they have an integrated amplifier and are designed to be connected directly to a record player, computer or other audio source. For your purposes, the (cheaper) Klipsch R-51M would have been much more suitable. These are "normal" PASSIVE speakers whose volume you can then adjust as usual with the reciever...

These are active speakers and must therefore be operated without an amplifier. E.g. with an active record player
