Hello, I bought this product 3 years ago. My current headset from this product is starting to be defective and damaged. I would like to know if it is possible to buy only the helmet without the station / deck with given that I already have and that it is possible to pair normally. I would simply like to replace my headset with this same model while keeping the Deck / charging and sound station that I currently have, so as to avoid buying everything together. Is this possible, please?

If you are talking about the headset and not the ear posters, then in my experience the answer is no. Good ear posters are available from "Wicked Cushions", for example

I have had various Steelseries products over the past 10 years and have had to have some of them replaced. For both a headset (buzzing in the ear) and a keyboard (1 defective key), the manufacturer gave me a credit note and I was able to order a new product from their shop. As you no longer have a warranty on the product, you can only hope for goodwill. To do this, open a ticket directly with Steelseries. Good luck

What exactly is defective? You can also just change the ear cup! I also bought larger ones, you'll have to search the internet. Steelseries Arctis nova pro ear cup or ohrplster! Costs only 17 francs
