Hello, I currently have the Sigma 150 500 5-6.3 DG HSM APO lens, with the d7200. Starting next summer, I will be writing my Matura thesis in the field of Wiltrier photography and would like to upgrade my equipment accordingly. I'm thinking of either the Nikon 500 200 mm or the D4s as a camera. Which is more worthwhile?

I use the D7200 for holiday photos and the D4s and D850 for the more dedicated hobby. I also have the Nikon 200-500 mm.
I think if you do the lens "upgrade" you will notice little to no difference with the D7200.
By switching to the D4s you would increase the frame rate from 6 to 10 per second. This is a clear advantage for fast moving animals. But you have to take into account that the D4s is full frame. This has several advantages, but also means that not all lenses of the D7200 will fit. The D4s is clearly a professional camera, built for a lot of shutter releases and heavy use. You'll have to decide for yourself whether a price/performance ratio is worth it, depending on the offer. I would perhaps recommend a D500.
