Hello, I have had the DS918+ for about a week now and everything is working fine. Now I notice that I can connect via Mobileapp dsfile (Quickconnect), but I can't watch videos (pictures, music, everything works). I switched to Sunrise a good a fortnight ago. With Swisscom or Salt, the videos work. Has anyone else had this experience? I had already changed to 3G or without Vol LTE, also only via HTTP (DS-File and DS Video) - everything did not work.
Did you open the ports on the router when a new router was delivered?
