hello, i often have no connection with my tp link m7350. it always says connecting. it can't be the sim card as it works in another router. it always worked in the tp link before. besides, it's a rather new card. i've already set it to factory settings. no improvement. sometimes it works again for a while. and then out of the blue no connection again. please help. m.f.g.

So far it has always worked for me without any problems.
Switzerland: Prepaid SIM from Salt, no problems.
Spain: Prepaid SIM from HITS-Mobil, no problems.
Thailand: I can't remember the prepaid SIM provider, but it works fine there too. (I always had the TP-Link in my pocket and thus always had the "internet" with me for my mobile phone).

Could it be that the SIM is too thin and there is loose contact? When inserting the SIM card, add some paper so that the contacts are well pressed... Who knows? Maybe it will help?

I have never observed this effect before (originally approx. 1.5 years with a Salt SIM, since approx. 1/2 year with a Swisscom SIM). I only ever get "Connecting" after switching on or when the device has "gone to sleep" (after a certain time without a connected device) and is then woken up again. Is the device possibly defective?

It works perfectly for me. Nothing to complain about.
Maybe clean the chip contact points from time to time?
