Hello, I received the radio today and unfortunately I can only find a micro USB port with the drawing "Service". Where is the USB A port for my stick or for charging my mobile that is described in the specifications?

Ok, in the specifications I read about playback via USB stick and a 3.5mm headphone jack and I can't find either of them...
Please adjust the specifications.
Even the mobile phone that I ordered at the same time only had a USB cable as an accessory and it also came with the charger and a protective case. It's a good thing I didn't order a charger at the same time, which is what I actually wanted...

Dear Patrick_Schaefer.
You must have misunderstood something!
The statement from Digitec is a bit confusing, but in my eyes correct!
I even have 2 PURE EVOKE Play... (BROWN & WHITE)
In my eyes you have unfortunately misinterpreted something here, with charging socket USB-A (to my knowledge, it is not described anywhere that it is equipped with a USB-A connection?
It is CORRECT that it has a power-charging connection, i.e. a 3.5 mm DC round hollow plug that leads from the power supply unit into the device.
If you buy an optional, very expensive retrofittable battery (I did and am very happy with it), you can not only charge it with the mains adapter via a 230 volt socket, but also via the additional battery, BUT THIS IS CHARGED THROUGH THE 3.5 mm DC round plug (see above)!
So you can also listen to FM /DAB+ plus / especially, via WLan radio stations/podcast, Spotify (or Bluetooth corresponding content) in very good quality on the go...
Feed in other streaming services via Bluetooth.
I think the sound quality for the size and weight is excellent ?
Certainly not a really small, lightweight portable radio / but is also very excellent as a Bluetooth speaker in stereo!
As you have correctly noted, the Pure Evoke Play has ONLY ONE micro-USB port - which is designed EXCLUSIVELY FOR SERVICE PURPOSES.
So unfortunately you can't use the device as a portable power bank for charging.
You'll have to buy a different device.
But Digitec will certainly have another device in its range that is equipped with USB-C / instead of USB-A for the charging power bank function.
Nevertheless, have fun with a really excellent device in terms of sound and quality.
With kind regards
Martin Zuber

There is no USB A connection and it is not mentioned anywhere in the Evoke Play specifications. Playing directly from a USB stick is not possible.
