Hello, I've downloaded the TCL app to my phone but it won't recognise the IMEI number that came with the watch so that I can synch the two... I've inserted the free 30 nano sim card that came with the watch.. could this possibly be the problem? When I try to access the QR code on the watch it says no network detected... help! many thanks

Yes, the watch needs a working SIM to establish a connection with your phone. I never had to use the IMEI. It is sufficient to scan the QR code with the app on your phone.
